Description: Service description:Provides care and support for a period of three to eighteen months for pregnant and parenting teens ages 16-20 by offering transitional shelter and case care management as well as maternal and infant care. Fees:None Intake:Youth interested in participating in the Passage House program are required to complete the application process before acceptance into the program. Eligibility:Pregnant or parenting teen youth age 16-20.
