Wellspring Family Services offers housing services and case management to the homeless in King County.m To receive help you must call 206-902-4271 ext 2 and leave a message, they will contact you as soon as possible.To be eligible you must be at least 18 years of age , be homeless and interested in gaining permanent housing in the area . You must also have a stable income that does not exceed 50 percent of HUDs gross income guidelines. There are other eligibility requirements , please contact them for more information and to begin the screening and application process.
