I’m writing on behalf of my Dad (also Bruce) who is looking for a room for rent. He is available to move in ASAP. He is retired and disabled. He has had some rough times with his previous apartment management (possible abuse) and he just needs somewhere that he can have a fresh start He has a very small chihuahua that is very friendly and well behaved.
