Supportive housing program with support services for homeless single adults without children to gain independence. Residents can stay for a maximum of two years.
Eligibility: Ages 18+; Homeless; Must complete application process; Must be working or involved in program for at least 20 hrs/wk.; Must have a source of income
Fee:Set fee: $200 per month or 30% of income
Application: Self referral or agency referral
Documents: Photo I.D.; Income verification
Services: Transitional Housing/Shelter
