A one-year rapid re-housing program providing housing subsidies/supportive services to families, living in apartments/houses scattered throughout the community, while parents gain/increase their income. Families pay an increasing portion of their rent throughout their year in the program, so that when they exit, they are paying 100% of their rent and better prepared to sustain their housing.Alameda County Shelter + Care Program Provides supportive services to families, living in apartments/houses scattered throughout the community, who were previously homeless and at least one adult is living with one or more disabilities. Families pay 30% of their income toward rent. Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
