Description:

This agency provides transitional housing and recovery supportive services to individuals. They currently serve adult men and women seeking transitional housing, recovery management services, case management, medication maintenance, and other resources to overcome homelessness and addiction barriers. Clients must have successfully completed detox; be employed or actively seeking employment; and submit to random drug testing.

Service hours:9:00 am to 5:00 pm MON - FRI
Intake hours:10:00 am to 3:00 pm MON - FRI
Eligibility:sober men and women 18 years of age and above; should be at least seven days clean and sober; should be employed or seeking employment; minimum stay six months, maximum stay 2 years; random drug testing required
Intake procedure:telephone, appointment
Documents:Application form, picture ID/driver license, proof of recent detox, TB test results
Fees:straight fee
