Description: Hannah House, a transitional housing program for single homeless mothers and their children. We provide services allowing the young women to become self sufficient resulting in a stable environment for their children. We are a Christian based organization and provide case management to allow participants to work through unresolved issues, unhealed hurts and unmet needs.
