Description:
The Maui Farm's programs serve individuals and families who are in transition to self-sufficient living. The Independent Living Program serves females ages 18 - 24 (foster youth, former foster youth, and youth who are homeless/at risk of homelessness). The Family Strengthening Program serves families who are homeless due to domestic violence and economic challenges, referred by partner agencies only.
