Transitional Housing Program offers housing and advocacy to families with children who are homeless. After undergoing intake procedures and a family interview, families may be accepted to the program. While on the program, families pay 30% of their adjusted gross income toward rent and are required to participate in a case management plan to address barriers and attain goals leading to self-reliance. This program is designed to help families stabilize, save money, gain education and/or vocational training, and transition successfully into independent living. Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 4 pm
