Description:

Eligibility: Transitional Housing: 18 years of age, a resident of one of the 9 counties for a total of 6 months out of last 12 months, must meet poverty guidelines, verification of homelessness, complete an assessment.
Fees: No fees
Intake Procedure: A participant may be referred by a human service agency or self-referred.
Service Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm; Crisis Line Mon-Sun 24 hours
Description: TRANSITIONAL HOUSING: Assist participants in securing permanent housing and assist the participants in achieving self-sufficiency.
Area Served: Bremer County, Buchanan County, Butler County, Chickasaw County, Clayton County, Fayette County, Howard County, Winneshiek County, Allamakee County
