I am currently in the Fairview Halfway House located at 1430 G.Street NE. I will be releasing from Fairview on September 4 ,2019, and I am interested in Jubilee Transitional Housing. I am currently in Project Empowerment, and cannot miss any days, however, I graduate from Project Empowerment on July 19, 2019, and I will be free to come in and speak with someone the very next day if possible. I filled out an application in February 2017 when you all came to Hazelton secure Female Facility but was told that I still had more time to do and that there were people who were releasing before me. I am still interested and would like to know if I still qualify for Jubilee Transitional Housing.
