Description:
Imani Park Transitional Housing Program is a 16-unit transitional housing program for homeless individuals and families where one member is living with HIV/AIDS. Support services offered are daily living classes, computer classes, good tenancy, budgeting, case management and support, mental health and substance abuse services, housing and relocation and medical support. Graduates will receive a housing voucher upon finishing the program. The program is up to 24 months in length.
