Addresses the needs of homeless families who are receiving public assistance and are motivated to become more self sufficient. Families participate in developing a service plan that defines specific goals relating to finding affordable housing, job training, and day care.

Eligibility

Homeless persons who are receiving TANF who are motivated to achieve self-sufficiency
