Transitional Housing ProgramThe Transitional Living Program provides a safe and stable home for youth transitioning out of foster care or those youth who are homeless, between the ages of 18 and 21. The Bridge ProgramProvides emergency shelters for confirmed cases of abused and neglected children. These children are provided with shelter, clothing, food mental health assessments, counseling, education, advocacy and recreation. The children can stay for up to 90 days. Service hours: 11:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday - Friday24 hours daily for emergency ShelterEligibility: Transitional housing: youth 18 to 21 years of age; all other services:abuse and neglected children 18 years of age and belowIntake procedure: telephone Documents: Birth certificate, social security card, medical or psych records Referral required: referral by DFCS or DJJ Fees: none; DFCS pays per diem per child Area served: Atkinson, Bacon, BenHill, Coffee, Cook, Echols, Irwin, Lanier, Lowndes,Pierce, Tift, Turner, Ware

I am checking on if you accept gently used clothing of all sizes, shoes, housewares and bedding. Most of the fitted sheets do NOT have the newer “deep pockets.” Thank you.
