This used to be a great house. run by guys who knew the rules and knew how it was supposed to run. Enter a new outreach worker by the name of AR. I lived there for 12 years and we always stayed away from child molesters and arsonists. That is a Oxford house rule. About 6 months ago, they moved in a guy, who not only is a child molester but also a wanted child molester in California and Minnesota. A real creepy dude who should have been locked up a long time ago. Needless to say, I moved. Don't care for them. If you live any where near this house, beware.

Curious of any openings and how the rental application works?

I'm curious on how to apply, how long the wait list is, and how much rent is.
