Founded and operated by Gail and Grant Skolnick, Palm Beach Recovery Coalition is a family-run charity.  As a member of the Substance Abuse Coalition of Palm Beach County, the Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach County Continuum of Care, as well as a Palm Beach County HOT Team Provider and affiliate of the Palm Beach Treasure Coast 211, PBRC is constantly striving to help individuals suffering from substance abuse related disorders and homelessness to become productive members of society once again. PBRC takes individuals at rock-bottom and provides a path to mental and physical health, permanent housing, sobriety and employment. Based upon the Dade County Modality For the Homeless, the definition of a success story is when a formerly homeless individual leaves the rehabilitation program for a better living situation. Based upon this, Palm Beach Recovery Coalition, Inc., is proud to boast over an 80% success rate with its clients. Hours Monday - Friday 900 am - 500 pm
