Partners in Housing provides one year of transitional housing and supportive services to families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless with the goal of achieving self-sufficiency.
Households include single parents, two-parent households, pregnant individuals, and grandparents.
They currently operate 68 transitional housing units, ranging from efficiency apartments at the Colorado House and Resource Center to scattered-site single-family homes.
All applicants for the Partners in Housing program are considered equally without discrimination.
