SAMMinistries Homeless Prevention Services provides rental assistance, utility assistance and supportive services to individuals and families who are in imminent danger of eviction, or are currently homeless.


Mission Statement: SAMMinistries is an interfaith ministry whose mission is to help the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless attain self-sufficiency by offering, with dignity and compassion, shelter, housing, and services.

I live in a sober living home. I am having trouble finding a job and I need rent for about a month to help me from being evicted. I have to pay 130 a week but I have a nine year old son I have to help with medical and child support. I'm about to lose my car. I ve been trying really hard but can't seem to catch up.. my doc.was meth but no longer. But I'm afraid of getting evicted and relapsing due to eviction and going back out on the streets. My length of time is 7 yrs.

I am a single mom and have been struggling for over a year now since my apartment complex failed section 8 inspection and the wouldn't repair the damages to make my apartment a safe place to live and during this time I was unable to find a place due to covid 19 and lost my voucher and I'm back on the waiting list and have been finding places to stay since then and lost my job due to this because if attendance issues.
