Their Transitional Housing Program addresses the needs of women, pregnant women, and men diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder.  In their Transitional Housing program, they provide the following services: clean room, a bed, three nutritious meals per day, adequate storage space, access to washer and dryers, payphones,cable TV, transportation upon admission to their facility, transportation to approximately two to three 12-step meetings, 16 week course on the 12-steps,on-site urine drug testing. Their facility operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The admission staff is available from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Crisis Intervention services are provided 24 hours per day, seven days per week.


Services: Room and Board Case Management Drug Screening Transportation Services 24-hour Crisis Intervention Services

Fees: Sliding fee scale (fee is based on income and other factors)

Insurances: Self payment, Medicaid, State financed insurance (other than Medicaid), Private health insurance

Eligibility: 18 years of age or older with a chemical dependency diagnosis
