There is no "office personnel", rather, there are residents here who take positions in a democratically run house. Each have duties to ensure the house and it's needs are run smoothly.

The Odette house and the women here have been amazing all the way around. Oxford in and of itself is a fantastic concept offering structure and safety, but it's my fellow women who live here that have been paramount in the maintenance of my sobriety and getting my life back in order. We truly are a family here, and for that I am immensely grateful.
