Michigan's largest shelter for homeless families (parents with children and pregnant single women), housing up to 100 persons in 24 rooms. The site includes a child care center.
What is your current addiction OR problem that you are seeking help for? How long have you had this issue?
I was living in a womans basement and helping her to get the house in rentable condition. Now she tells me she wants to rent a bedroom to somebody, but he wants me out. Now she wants me out immediately. I have nowhere to go. I'm waiting for SSD to finish their second review.
I am currently 6 months clean. My daughter and I have been staying in a hotel for the past week. We are in need of housing asap. I don't have a car either.
i lost my sons because of dv and im not in deroit mi i am homless and in order to get my sons back i have to find a place and a job

I lost my home and me my daughter (17) and grandson almost 8 months old will have to leave by 10/01/2019. Just received a notice Saturday the guy who owned the condos sold them to a friend of his and he’s given everybody here a notice on Saturday to move by October 1, 2019
My wife and my 2 sons(10 years and 10 moths old)and I are homeless as of today we are going to be kicked out of our hotel at 11 am on thursday 5/9/19 and really need help
Have you used a transitional housing resource before?
This is not transitional housing cause slot of residents here don’t leave with housing or a place to stay after 90 days

Yes, they offer no help! I’ve seen people get help only because of social security benefits
Yes. It’s the only shelter I’ve stayed in but I’ve volunteered at others and this shelter is very clean and has the structure needed
Do you have any experience with the office personnel? How were they?
Yes. They were very accommodating
Do they take ex felons?
Hello, do you accept crib and crib mattress donations? The crib is unassembled, but we have all parts and assembly instructions. Both items are like new, however, they are about 30 years old. Thank you, Marty
i neeed help asap im currently sleeping on the streets at parks in parking lots in apartment buildings where ever i can be warm for the night. i have no job and i trying to get my sons back finding a place getting a job and bettering my education is the only way to do that
