Description: In 1993, the Housing Development Alliance was incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, with the objective of developing a variety of housing options, including shelter for the homeless, transitional housing, affordable rental housing, repair and rehabilitation of existing homes, and affordable new homes for persons with low and very low incomes. As a community-based nonprofit organization, we seek to bring together all sectors of the community to eliminate substandard housing.
