Is there anyway that I could get accepted even though I'm not currently in prison or parole? I do have a felony however

Can I please get some information about this transitional housing and an application? I am a felon currently on parole for burglary of habitation. I am not a sex offender, I am however in a bad situation. I live in a small town that only has 2700 people in it work is scarce way to much time on my hands and i am an alcoholic. I would love to be accepted into this type of Establishment. There is no hidden agenda I truly just want to better to better myself and my family and want to be a productive member of society once again.
