Covenant House service description:
Provides care and support for a period of three to eighteen months for pregnant and parenting teens ages 16-20 by offering transitional shelter and case care management as well as maternal and infant care.

Intake:
Youth interested in participating in the Passage House program are required to complete the application process before acceptance into the program.
Eligibility:
Pregnant or parenting teen youth age 16-20.
