Havenwood provides transitional housing for single parents in need with programming and resources to help break down the barriers each family faces in order to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency.  Havenwood is a program of Community Development Corporation of Bentonville / Bella Vista Inc. a 501c3 organization. Services offered: Provides a fully furnished apartment with private kitchen and bath for each family; One bedroom and efficiency units also available, with rental amount including all utilities and basic cable. Havenwood has fifteen apartments, (6) one-bedroom and (9) efficiency/studio apartments. Rent includes all utilities, basic cable, internet and all amenities. One Bedroom (One or two children - preference will be given to 2 children families on waiting list first) - $395 monthly and $395 depositEfficiency/Studio (One child) - $330 monthly$330 deposit * Rates subject to change. I am wondering if your program would be appropriate for an 18 year old aging out of foster care, but she has two children in her custody. She is looking to get started on her own, but she will need help since she has no family support. Thank you.
