I came out as transgender about a week ago and have been homeless since I started to stay wherever I could go and having no safe place to live is making my mental health conditions worse and causing me to lose control of my drinking and usage of drugs. I need to get into a steady and safe routine of treatment and healthy lifestyle changes to be able to put my life back together.

Hi I'm looking for help with my alcoholism and addiction. I just got out of residential treatment at ADDs (almost 2 months ago) and went to a domestic violence shelter for my transition (The Journey House, in Burlington) which was not enough to stay sober. I need an actual sober living facility and accountability.
