Bridge Point SERVICES   Shelter   Case Management Services Vocational Evaluation and Counseling   Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention   Mental Health Services   Psycho-social Assessment   Medication Monitoring   Money Management Assistance   Socialization and Recreational Services Daily Living Skills Training   Permanent Housing Development Program Philosophy The goal of the program is to transition people from homelessness to a stable home environment. Homeless people who have specific serious barriers to self-sufficiency are eligible for the program. T he program provides individualized case management, vocational support services, and other support services. Referrals Referrals may be made directly to the program and are screened for acceptance by program staff.

Note: Apartments may not have openings or may have long waiting lists. Call for complete details.

Hi my name is Lena Garcia I was at Golden State shelter on March 20,2020 and talked to Lamont staff member at Golden State shelter over the phone asking for the approval for me to return to the shelter on March 21st 2020 and he said that was fine we'll I got kicked out March 21,2020 I need shelter I need help please give me a call it's important.
