HomewardBound of the Grand Valley is a non-profit organization that strengthens Mesa County by providing critical housing, compassionate services and safe shelter for individuals and families.


Eligibility: Be homeless, have an income source, have atleast 90 days sobriety, have the willingness for case management with weekly home visits.
