Colorado Homeless Families provides a two-year Transitional Housing Program for single or two parent families.Two parent families must provide marriage or common law certificate. Felonies and court-ordered evictions not accepted. Please call for an application. Applicants must have an income and a sponsor who will pay rent if resident cannot pay rent.
