Community Living Platform provides independent living in a safe, clean, structured environment that includes a fully furnished home, WiFi, phone, all utilities paid and onsite laundry. They welcome individuals who are ages 45+, physically independent, and seeking affordable housing. Costs starting at $750 per month. They accept SSI, SSDI, 3rd party payees, program vouchers and private pay. If you are an individual in need or represent someone in need of housing please call or email them during their normal business hours, however if you leave a message they will get back to you ASAP.
