Extended Hand Outreach is a Christ centered transitional living ministry. They provide a safe & secure environment for those in need as well as a work program for those who can't pay their service fees. Extended Hand provides a family oriented foundation for those who are struggling with recovery or financially. The Extended Hand uses training material that is Biblical based and seeks to provide addicts with the means of overcoming their addiction and be able to function productively and joyously in life's walk. This is accomplished through prayer, spiritual counseling, life and relationship skills training, mentoring and support group facilitation. The Sober Project and other EHO curriculum is Christ-centered which emphasis provides the cornerstone of the addition recovery program offered by the ministry. The EHO program also incorporates teaching on Biblical leadership which is based on one-on-one teaching and establishing healthy role models for those in the program. Largely relying on recovered addicts to mentor those struggling for freedom from addiction. The purpose of the EHO program is to equip and empower men and women to work for the Kingdom of God and provide a consistent source of mentoring and counseling to those that choose to seriously engage their addictions. As a resident of one of the EHO locations, it is required that everyone abides by that locations rules & regulations provided & enforced by the house managers, which are approved by the  Program Director. No house manager is given authority to change, remove, or add rules without permission from the  Program Director's approval. Each location has a chore list and every resident must do their part. Residents are also required to participate in Bible Study,Worship Service and,Celebrate Recovery. After a residents first thirty days, the individual  is presented with a certificate.
