About Families In Transition Of Santa Cruz County, Inc.

Families In Transition of Santa Cruz Conty, Inc. (FIT) is a non-profit dedicated to working with local families to provide stable homes for their kids. For the most part families receive some form of temporary rental assistance or transitional housing support. Money is paid directly to landlords and families are assisted in developing money management skills. Families work on goals that will help them to maintain housing after our assistance ends.
