Allow me to know how to get into this program and all details about it?

I would not endanger a loved one with these people! They provide a hostile environment, they will not work with you in any way shape or form. At Central City I have watched them threaten people with eviction for talking to themselves rather than engaging best practices they treat persons of a diminished capacity as they would treat a criminal.
