The Hispanic case worker is Extremely Rude and she didnt want to help me with my California i.d. she was dismissive and hostile , she also conveyed through her body language and her verbal tone that she was annoyed and wasn't going to help me.I felt frustrated and confused and left feeling hopeless about my situation. HOWEVER I DID COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND CHRIS THE BLACK CASE WORKER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HE GAVE ME THE SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AND HE FIXED EVERYHING , I WAS ABLE TO GET THE NECESSARY MATERIALS TO WORK AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE USUAL EFFORT AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE REALLY CARED AND RESTORED MY HOPE THAT MY SITUATION WOULD GET BETTER AND I AM GRATEFUL THAT HE IS MY PERSONAL CASE WORKER AND NOT THAT MEAN RUDE LADY. IF I WOULD have listened to her I would still be without the help I needed to be employed and I would have lost out on being able to take care of myself.
