High Point's Community Transitional Support Services (TSS) program is part of an extensive continuum of substance use disorder services, including residential rehabilitation services, ambulatory services, narcotic treatment, and other transitional care. The purpose of the program is to bridge the gap between detoxification and step-down services to residential aftercare. This goal is accomplished by creating a safe, supportive, substance-free environment that enhances and promotes the participant's recovery while awaiting placement in residential or sober housing. Referrals are accepted from Department of Public Health funded detoxification programs and shelters located in Southeastern Massachusetts. Target populations include the homeless, those new to treatment, as well as those who have long-standing histories of substance use disorders and criminal justice involvement.

Between high point detox , css , tss, to the harmony house on my journey to save my life because if I didn't figure out how to stop I would be dead no question I would be but thanks to the people who dedicate there lives to helping people like myself who have struggled for so long this is the best program I now have over 10 years clean life isn't great but it's life and I'm able to show up for it now I hope this helps someone to decide treatment
