Henry's Sober Living House Programs Implement an aggressive, grassroots OUTREACH program to create awareness of the services being offered by Henrys House  Refer individuals who are battling alcoholism and drug addiction to a professional DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM and serve as a liaison between the program  Offer individuals OUTPATIENT TREATMENT resources and services  Provide SOBER LIVING TRANSITIONAL HOUSING and RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES for individuals who struggle to recover from alcohol and drug addiction.  Administer a Case Management program documenting all services rendered to an individual and their progress Provide REFERRAL ASSISTANCE to individuals attempting to get their GED  Provide COUNSELING services to support individuals in their recovery o Offer JOB TRAINING AND PLACEMENT assistance individuals in transitioning back into the workforce  Provide HOUSING ASSISTANCE for those who have successfully completed the program and are prepared to return to the community as responsible alcohol/drug free individuals  Provide TRACKING AND ASSESMENTS for individuals who have participate in the program to monitor their progress and offer additional support services, if needed  Provide MENTORING to all parolees, ex-offenders, drug addicts and alcoholics by responsible men of the community
