Services: HOPE Community offers transitional housing and supportive services for 164 homeless men women and children. Each guest works with a case manager to identify personal goals and develop their Individual Service Plan. These plans will target physical and mental health issues education and employment goals and/or disability issues and payments. Their mission to end homelessness in the Big Bend through leadership, education, advocacy, and the provision of quality services.

I currently live in Kansas. I will be leaving here the first week of sept Which is awhile from now I will arrive in Tallahassee around the 5th of sept . I am living with a friend right now because I’m homeless and have no income. I am saving for gasoline to get there. I am hoping that you can help me and direct me on what to do when I get there.
