My name is April and I'm inquiring for my granddaughter Heather. She is 25 years old and in Laporte county jail finishing up her sentence, she is attending AA and church in jail. She would do more if she has an opportunity. She gets out in May 2020. She has no place to go, no money, no job and I believe truly wants to change her life. She has been using opioids, heroin and meth off and on over the past 3 years. She has bipolar disorder and is taking Ability while in jail but has no health insurance so not sure she will be able to continue the medication unless we can find help for her. I told her that I would do some research and found you. Please let me know if she would be considered a candidate for your program, I will be very grateful.
