Hillcrest Transitional Housing offers homeless families a disciplined educational housing program whose main objective is to move families from homelessness to self-sufficiency within 90 days by addressing the total living situation of the households we serve. Clients are provided a fully furnished, private apartment, rent & utility free, and are required to commit to finding 35-40 hours per week of employment, and to attend 5 weekly classes designed to help them learn & support the skills necessary for independent living & self-sufficiency.

I am a 52 year old man am homeless I have been clean since July 4 2020 I have a wife (who is currently in a Oxford House) I am scheduled to enter inpatient treatment on 12-30-2020 my case manager for TFI is very involved in my recovery. We have 2 children one who is in dfs custody . I have a criminal case in linn county ks and doing the treatment is court ordered I am looking for some kind of sober living place for me and my family upon completion of my treatment. I would appreciate that you look at my family and I for consideration on your program. I am a able body man and have done work all my life in home improvements of all kinds. Thank you for your time and consideration.
