It was terrible. They ask a lot from you and don't provide really any support. Want a ride to the grocery store? Hope you are one of their favorite people. Want someone to guide you into reintegrating into society? Look elsewhere.

This place doesn't help you reintegrate into society. They just make you jump through a bunch of hoops and do a bunch of manual labor and don't actually help you. You'd be better off just getting an apartment on your own. You'll be told all the things you're doing wrong, but don't expect any encouragement. Whatever good things you heard about this place just forget it. It's sad that anyone getting out in Anchorage really doesn't have any good options as far as transitional housing.
