Crossroads is a diamond in a recovery world that just doesn't get it. You can have a vacation at a 30 day program that will find you well the day your insurance coverage runs out. You can go to meetings like an addict and discuss your life of drugs Inna room of other drug prone personalities. Good way to find a bad relationship and good future drug users. Or my favorite. You can trust in slave labor and Jesus to end your addiction. Don't worry folks. If the panhandling and slaving for Jesus doesn't work out with was Satan that messed it up. It surely can't be those that are using your desperation as their work force that caused the inevitable return to drugs. Or you can do something crazy. Go to crossroads and find a staff that treats you like a person. If you slip they don't usually kick you out. They try to catch ya to break your fall. They suggest ya do this and that. A truly wrap around focus that emphasizes community, job, recreation, health, solving legal issues, education, etc. Outside of a few intense drug classes you wouldn't know addiction was the focus. They are smart enough to know drug free with nothing and nothing coming is what makes returning to drugs inevitable. Really. If life is gonna suck why not at least be loaded during the suckiness? But if your life is good, all huge obstacles surmountable. Now drugs become illogical. You know all the good will fade once you begin. In short. You got something you built and are proud if to lose. Even if you mess up. Ya might just put the brakes on and return to your righteous path. I know Jesus kicks out his addicts that relapse in those programs. Recovery centers just lock you away from the dope and prescribe legal drugs to substitute for illegal drugs. Remember cocaine was prescribed or accepted by society before it wasn't. So trust this. Most use drugs cuz it makes us feel good or not feel so bad. Only crossroads deals with making you feel good so you don't need drugs. And I believe God and Jesus offer that also. But they NEVER DEMAND 40 HOURS OF LABOR FOR THE SERVICE! Use Crossroads to get what you want from life. Or go be used by those profiting from your addiction. It is a no brainer people.
