To whom it may concern : My daughter is a tenant in the facility. I was just informed that the random punishment's involve evictions from 14 days to 28 days according to the violation at hand. That being said upon the return of the tenant, the tenant must pay another deposit, in addition the rent that was taken from the present violation. Let me get this straight, everyone has to pay a deposit in addition with first weeks rent. So they are required to pay another deposit if violated? Just to inform you the second deposit, was obviously decided by a staff member because it is not in the hand book. How can you expect someone to have all this money floating around when they came to this facility in good faith that you would help them? I am going to file suit against the facility. You shall be contacted by my attorney.
