I'm writing whomever this concerns and in my opinion as a recovering addict....that would be anyone exposed to it. My concern is how serious you are taking your clients recovery or if the whole thing or just this house in particular is most definitely just doing legally what is required to avoid lawsuits. Reading threw your handbooks and rules I have to say yes you are providing a great deal on a nice house to people in a position that would struggle to acquire otherwise. I do know it is definitely up to each individual on how serious they take their recovery and a few bad eggs will come here and there....sad statistics of the power of addiction.
