Park Place Behavioral Health Care is a multi-site facility offering a full range of new and innovative behavioral healthcare services designed to meet the diverse needs of those they serve. These include both inpatient and outpatient services.  PPBH is Osceola Countys Community Behavioral Health provider of adult and childrens mental health and substance abuse services, as well as the Countys Baker Act and Marchman Act receiving facility. They manage each program with guidance from the medical and clinical directors and treatment teams. Guided by evidenced based practices, feedback from a variety of stakeholders, customers, and ongoing needs assessments, PPBH is responsive to the changing needs of those they serve. Hours Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

My son is 31 and has been an addict since his teen aged years. Intravenous heroin. My husband and I and my older son and his family all live in Florida. Trent will complete a rehab in Kentucky in a couple of weeks. This is the 1st one he entered and stayed with no coersion. The plan is for him to live with his brother's family eventually. However, he is duel diagnosis and before allowing that we want him to have a halfway house transition situation. Can you help? He's been homeless and wandering for so long.
