Sparrow House operates co-living housing in and around the Phoenix metro area. They serve a variety of clients with comfortable, affordable, and safe housing options. They offer shared housing for men and women, and charge a simple all-utilities-included rate per bed. Some private rooms are available, however the majority are shared with one other roommate. The monthly rate is $700, but NO security deposit or last month is required. Clients with a demonstrated financial need may pay weekly, at the rate of $175. A one-time community fee of $100 is charged at move-in, regardless of weekly or monthly payment. Their office can be reached 9AM to 5PM Monday-Friday, and they're always reachable via email, or messaging from their website. They accept clients with SSI, SSDI, and other types of fixed income, including housing vouchers.
