Saint Anne's transitional housing program (THP) provides support for young women, and their children who have experienced being unhoused, as well as young women who have previously been involved in the child welfare system, along with their children. This is a three-year program, or until they reach the age of 25. Families reside in fully furnished one-bedroom apartments, located on the main campus. They provide therapeutic services, life skills classes, workforce development, education support and advocacy, parenting and childbirth classes, fiscal literacy, community engagement, and housing navigation.
Mission Statement: Working together to build safe, nurturing and resilient families—from pregnancy to parenthood and childhood to adulthood—for generations to come.
Type: non profit
