About The Harbour

Safe Harbour Emergency Shelter is open to girls ages 12-21. The program works with the girls and their families to stabilize their situations and ensure that they receive the necessary care services. The Shelter program prevents family violence and child abuse by providing crisis intervention and conflict resolution designed to strengthen the ability of youth and families to engage, feel supported, see progress and come to a resolution.

Note: Apartments may not have openings or may have long waiting lists. Call for complete details.

Mission Statement: our mission guides us to provide emergency housing and services to youth experiencing homelessness to promote their safety, stability and personal growth. Every day we empower young people to be self-sufficient through safe housing and support services to prevent homelessness.
