Fresh Start strives to end the cycle of poverty, violence and addiction by providing structured supportive housing programs. They  provide transitional housing with programs to help the residents acquire the skills necessary to live independently. They also provide team-building skills to help each resident learn to work together with the other residents to maintain the home. Services may include budgeting, housekeeping, yard maintenance and minor home repairs training.

Note: Apartments may not have openings or may have long waiting lists. Call for complete details.

Government Subsidized

Through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, grants are provided to sober homes and transitional housing facilities for those who cannot afford alcohol and drug treatment.

Sliding-scale fees
