West Care Health provides a safe, sober and safe environment for those who are seeking a solid foundation in recovery which includes structure, accountability, and support.
They have 2 residential locations in Litchfield Park (5bd 4.5 bath) and in Phoenix (4bd 2 bath) all fully furnished.
You will have your own non shared room, adult sized queen bed for single/partners and 1 queen and 1 twin for families (shared room), linens provided as needed.
The facilities are within a walk to public transportation, public schools and shopping centers such as Walmart.
Accepts self-pay, clinic/hospital referral with authorization, court ordered etc.
Disabled Military Vet owned facility. They accept clients from all walks of life, military vets, native etc.
