Their organization's success is the result of collaborative contributions from the private sector, local government, businesses, faith organizations, and individuals who support their mission. It is through the continued support of their generous donors that they are able to provide and maintain affordable rental housing for low-to-moderate income individuals and families throughout Eastern Montgomery County.  Willow Grove CDCs free community service programs help their lower-income neighbors by providing income tax preparation; by offering budgeting and home-buyer education; and by providing food, vouchers, and nutrition education to Montgomery County senior citizens.  Their organization is guided and supported by a vital and active Board of Directors, who volunteer their time and expertise to Willow Grove CDC. These directors meet monthly and help by serving on committees and tenant support teams, contributing donations, and working within the community to raise awareness for their programs. There are 2 professionals on staff who manage and coordinate programs and also provide direct services. Additional community volunteers help with programs and special projects.  They always welcome the support of community donors and volunteers.
